Refunds
We accept refunds for up to 14 days after purchase and up to 30 days if the product is faulty
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in their original condition with tags attached
- Be returned in the original packaging, if possible
How to Initiate a Return
- Email our customer care team at [support@ryokoeg.com] within the return window.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- Our team will provide return instructions and shipping details.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If the return is due to a faulty item, shipping costs will be reimbursed as well.
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn, used, or damaged items not caused by manufacturing faults
- Items returned after the return window has expired
- Sale or final clearance items (unless faulty)
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
